Here’s what some of our customers have said about their experience with The Flue Fighters.
When you contact The Flue Fighters, you deal directly with Neil.
There is no call centre and no different team turning up at your home. Neil handles the enquiry, discusses what is needed and carries out the work himself.
That means you know who you are dealing with from the outset.
One of the most common concerns people have about chimney sweeping is whether it is going to create a mess.
Protecting the area around the stove or fireplace and containing soot and debris is an important part of the job.
Neil works carefully, uses appropriate professional equipment and aims to leave the area around the appliance as clean and tidy as possible.
Neil has undertaken professional chimney sweep & service training after many years in the fireplace industry and is fully HETAS registered (the official UK body for solid fuel domestic heating). This training was carried out alongside working with an experienced and reputable sweep.
The aim is to do each job well rather than rush from one appointment to the next.
Appointments are agreed in advance, with punctuality and communication treated as an important part of the service.
Care is taken to protect the customer’s home and minimise mess while work is carried out.
If something needs attention, Neil will explain what he has found and what the sensible next step is.
We work across Widnes, Liverpool and surrounding areas.
